Job Description:
1. Handle company documents and financial
records, work on travel and conference coordination.
2. Assist the procurement team with daily
tasks, including price inquiries, comparisons, order processing, and supplier
communication; tracking purchase order execution to ensure timely delivery of
materials and handling exceptions (e.g., delays, quality issues); maintaining
and updating the supplier database, assisting in supplier performance evaluations;
organizing procurement documents (contracts, invoices, payment records, etc.)
to ensure accuracy and compliance; supporting inventory management by regularly
verifying procurement data against inventory records; aiding in procurement
cost analysis and process optimization.
3. Efficiently complete the procurement
of complex custom parts, including specification review, independent
pre-evaluation, team assessment, rapid material tracking, team notifications,
and follow-up with suppliers until completion.
4. Accompany engineers on factory visits,
exhibitions, meetings, and events, provide precise translation and support
during communication barriers, demonstrate an understanding of products and
business to ensure mutual confidence and cooperation.
5. Manage daily administrative and HR
tasks, and serving as an interpreter and liaison for the CEO during various
meetings and events.
6. Process work permits for foreign
employees.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in
Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business English preferred.
2. 1+ years of procurement/supply chain
experience (fresh graduates acceptable).
3. Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP,
PivotTable) Word, PowerPoint, etc Office System.
4. Strong communication skills and
negotiation awareness.

skills, a strong sense of responsibility, modesty and courtesy, ability to
learn a variety of skills independently and proactively, and willingness to
accept flexible working hours.
5. Fluent English, familiar with Odoo or
similar ERP system is a plus (can learn quickly and keep up with team
development).
