 Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering and Software Development with projects showing proficiency
2. Must demonstrate solid understanding of data structures, protocols, and embedded computing.
3. Demonstrate effective use of coding tools and IDEs.  If reliant on AI tools, must demonstrate advanced tool configuration and optimization to compensate for poor coding skills.
4. Demonstrate understanding and optimization of compilers, linkers, and SCM (Git).
5. Understand proficiency with testing, validation, boundary conditions, debugging, software QC techniques.
6. 1+ years hardware product coding experience (fresh graduates acceptable with sufficient project experience)
7. Good communication and collaboration skills
8. Good listening and retention skills for project objectives and milestones
9. Strong sense of responsibility, modesty and teammate respect. Ability to learn skills independently and proactively, and willingness to accept flexible working hours when needed to achieve milestones.
10. Functional English (written is required, spoken is a plus)
11. Result-oriented and well organized; Innate sense of urgency, initiative, and energy; Independent and can handle multiple-tasks under pressure with good humor and positive attitude.
12. Thoughtful in the communication of new ideas. Strong personal interaction skills with people from multi-cultural backgrounds.
